First Week...

Wow what a first week. In the six+ days that I have been back there, it seems like an eternity. It probably had something to do with the fact that I did work on the weekend and there is an endless list of things for me to do. Whenever I think I've finished one thing, someone asks me to change it or add another layer or piece to it...GRRRRR!!! I do remember why I liked a small company atmosphere, its real laid back and they are real flexible when it comes to work schedules and such, but those things are also the bad things about it too. Being small, you have to wear a lot of hats (right now thats okay), but when you have tons of stuff to do and the "other hat" duties fall to you because the guy who is supposed to do it, is gone for the day...SUCKS! Freedom at this place is a two edged sword. I like being back here...mainly cause I wanted to earn some cash again, but its a nice family to be a part of. Like family, we have our problems, but you just learn to deal. After a week, I'm dealing with it quite well....at least my resume isn't active on the job boards right now.
