Wow, just made it back from $2's 30th birthday cruise to the Bahamas with her friends Anastasia and David. We had a ton of fun out there on the ship and surprisingly, I didn't spend much time in the casino. We couldn't have had better weather in Miami or on the ship or even on the island. It was a welcome break from the 100+ degree week we were having here before I left. It was still warm, but with the ocean breezes, it was so nice and comfy. We met some really interesting people on the ship, especially at our table for dinner. It was kinda funny, out of the 8 people at the table, 6 of us had birthdays in August,, and 4 of them within a week of one another. The two other couples were a bit older than us, but man could they party. The ladies got a bit out of control when they were drinking at the local Senor Frogs, dancing on tables and other things, but they were so much fun. I can only hope that I am as energetic about vacations as they are, when I reach their age.
I do wish the trip was a couple days longer. Except for obvious reasons of not wanting to work tomorrow, I wish I had more time to spend tanning on the beach. We actually had so much fun that we even tossed around the idea of having the wedding on a cruise. You guys maybe wanna go on a cruise????
